* Whenever Hong Kong is threatened by hazardous weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, tropical cyclones and storm surges. We reverses the right to contact the customers to cancel the order or delay the delivery date and time.

* If the goods is not available or out of stock, we substitute it with another good of equal value, before we have the customers' permission.
